Rethinking, redesigning and improving the website of the Pro PGA Tour golfer, Billy Hurley III.
We have worked with Billy Hurley III for over 3 years and after all that time we finally we able to work with him on a brand new modern website design.
Billy Hurley III is a professional PGA Tour golfer and has played in numerous events, finishing 5th at the Honda Classic, tied for 4th at the Greenbrier Classic, and qualifying for his first U.S. Open & Open Championship. He struggled during the 2015 season, ultimately losing his PGA Tour card. But he rebounded quickly in 2016 with a win at Quicken Loans National, a Tiger Woods-hosted tribute to military personnel. With that, Billy qualified for his first PGA and Masters Championships. As of today, Billy is the only U.S. Military veteran on the PGA Tour.
Billy needed a modern website design that conveyed who he was and was a great platform to spread awareness of his golf tournament and his foundation.
Challenges
It was a great opportunity to help a PGA golfer stand out with his website and online presence. The website needed to serve as an informative hub for the latest on the pro golfer. Connecting it to his other site, bh3.golf was a priority. Another challenge was that many pro golfers do not have modern websites, so Billy Hurley is one of the few with a modern and timeless website design.
Results
We were highly successful in launching the website and accomplishing our client’s goals. We were persistent in our communication in order to make sure we fulfilled on all expectations to deliver a well-received finished product.
Billy now has a state-of-the-art professionally designed website that enables him to have a digital presence and a central hub for all of his work.
